Bicep Party started as a humble gym meme page on Instagram in 2023 (@bicepparty). It turned out our memes were popular, and within a few months we had reached millions of people with our ridiculous humor.

Bicep Party memes have been shared and reposted by famous influencers like Greg Doucette, the Tren Twins, Eric Bugenhagen, Chris Williamson, and Gym Fail Nation. Our account is followed by over 27,000 gym rats, including icons like Dr. Mike Israetel and Mike O'Hearn.

Eventually we realized, to spread the laughter further, we must take our sarcastic and self-deprecating humor further—beyond social media, and into the real world! And so, in the summer of 2024, the Bicep Party t-shirt store was born.

Where are you located?

Bicep Party is a US-based company. All our orders are printed and shipped from the US. Our print supplier has several locations, the main one being in California. In the future, we hope to partner with printers around the world for faster international delivery.

Will I get a tracking number for my order?

Yes. Typically within 2-3 days of your order, you should receive an email notification with a USPS tracking number and a link to check on the progress of your package.

How long will it take to receive my order?

We print all of our designs to order, which takes 2-3 days on average. Shipping then takes 3-7 days in most cases. So you should have your order roughly 7-10 days after ordering. During the Christmas season it can get slower. If your order is taking much longer than expected, please get in touch at info@bicepparty.com.

International customers: The times above are for US only. International orders are much slower currently, and it depends on the country. We'll have better international options in the future!

What materials are your shirts made of?

We are proud to sell exclusively Gildan 64000 Softstyle shirts. We love the feel and fit. The solid colors are 100% ring-spun cotton, while the heather colors are 65% polyester, 35% ring-spun cotton. The Sport Grey color is a unique blend of 90% cotton, 10% polyester.

What size would fit me best?

Our shirts generally run "true to size." However, if you're on the fence between two sizes, we would suggest the bigger size, as a few customers have reported that fit better for them. Why don't you sell tank tops? (or back prints)

We get this question a lot! As a small business with limited resources, we believe it's important to do one thing extremely well. For now, we are committed to building out the best collection of funny gym t-shirts ever made, and that's all.
