Bicep Party started as a humble gym meme page on Instagram in 2023. In just a few shorts months, we'd reached millions of people with our ridiculous gym humor. Our memes were even featured on Gym Fail Nation and the Tren Twins YouTube channel.

Eventually we realized, to spread the laughter further, we must take our humor beyond social media and into the real world. And so, the Bicep Party store was born!
