We are proud to report that over 99% of Bicep Party orders have no issues. We work with only the highest-rated suppliers, and in our first 800+ orders, there was only 1 shirt that needed to be exchanged due to defects.

However, in the case of a defect or damaged product, we will refund or replace your order free of charge.

Please just take these steps:

Step 1: Email us with a description of the issue. (Use the Contact page, or just reply to your order confirmation email.)

Step 2: Attach photos if possible, so we can work with our supplier to find what caused the issue, and prevent it from happening again.

Step 3: Let us know if you’d like a refund or a replacement of the same product.

When it comes to other issues, such as lost packages or address mix-ups: We will do everything we can to make it right, make sure you get your shirts, and make sure you're satisfied.
